"We particulary liked the warm and friendly welcome. Always appreciated when you're in another country for the first time. The room was all that we could have wished after a long day on the road. The breakfast was superb both in options and presentation. It was apparent from our farewell that the operators enjoyed having us stay with them. Smiles go a long way!! "Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. "The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though...

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."
