"The property was beautiful. I have nothing negative to say about it. The only opportunities I would point out is: 1. The toilet seat was screwed on incorrectly and it was half way hanging off the toilet. 2. The room I stayed it was supposed to have a bidet in which it didn’t. 3. The breakfast, lunch and dinner hours should be adjusted as there were long wait times which forced you to quickly eat or not able to eat at because the food was gone before you got Into the building. 4. Alcohol ratios in the drinks compared to the juices added were not accurate. (I.e I ordered tequila sunrises but they would put about 1 tbsp of tequila and the rest was juice and grenadine) This was my first all inclusive so maybe that’s how it’s done but it was a non negotiable for me but I want to be transparent for any fellow review readers such as myself. All in all it was a great experience for the pride I paid. This was my first time in the DR and it was for my birthday. I definitely will be back!"
