"The resort is amazing, we enjoyed Palomino Island and the main pools immensely. Overall we had an awesome trip, but it wasn’t without a few “not so great” moments. Check in wasn’t great, we had booked 2 queens and were placed in a King. The gentleman at the front desk was insistent I booked a king until I showed my email confirmation showing we booked 2 queens. He was very short with me and was not friendly. I’m also used to some directions to the room, he quickly brushed me off and told me to go find a bellhop. The funicular had broken down twice over two consecutive days and the timing with the last shuttle from Palomino island the water park closing created a very long wait time. Normally when both were running the wait wasn’t too bad at all. I highly recommend making dinner reservations before your arrival, especially if traveling during a busy time like spring break. I had made reservations, but saw numerous people trying to get a table and turned away. We also had attempted to call the concierge at various times and the calls were not answered. We had to go to the concierge desk for questions or help. Concierge desk was extremely helpful though in getting an earlier shuttle to the airport when our flight was canceled and we had to get on an earlier flight. All in all. Wonderful trip and experience for the most part. Be prepared to wait in lines. Highly recommend if you can tolerate some wait times."

"The six of us had a fabulous stay in February in the penthouse villa. The rooftop patio was huge and awesome with a view of the ocean! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had some seriously fancy appliances. It was super quiet and very clean.The gated community felt very safe. An awesome beach was just across the street. It is in a great location close to a lot of excellent restaurants, a Walmart was close by, and we were literally down the street from the meeting point for our Bio Bay kayaking tour. Our only negative would be the lack of lounge chairs at the pool. But everything else was outstanding!"

"This was a best family vacation ever. The house was clean, adorable, and had everything we needed. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk! If you walk 20 minutes up the shore and along dirt paths in either direction, you get to stunning remote empty beaches. We like nature with no bells or whistles and that's exactly what we got! It also had a very local vibe rather than touristy which we loved. You will need a car to get to the grocery store but the driving is easy. Our hosts answered us promptly and with very helpful information. I see in other reviews that people mentioned the house is in a trailer park and it IS surrounded by campers but they were cute! The neighborhood was charming and we felt very safe. We can't wait to go back."

"I'd stay away. I wanted to give them a good review. We didn't have running water for 2 nights! The host told us if we stayed, we'd get a refund for the 2 nights. She said it'd go through in two weeks. It's been two weeks and expedia said no request was submitted. Expedia is only giving half back and I'm fighting to get what was promised as it ruined part of our experience in PR. Besides the lack of running water, it was as advertised. Location was difficult to find. Check expedia messages for check-in information as it won't be emailed as stated."

"The place was confortable and very clean and included everything we needed (and more, like unexpected beach accesories) . It looks like it has recently been renovated or it is very well maintained. I will just recommend to make directions easier, by sending gps location from main entrance, since the the apartment's gps location makes google maps point to the side of the road from which there is only pedestrian access (not by car)."

"This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. "
