"The apartment was wonderful and the management did a good job. The problem was parking. The information said there was on street parking so I parked on the street. My car was towed because of a festival the next day. After that I struggled to find any parking and ended up at a parking lot about a mile from the apartment.
Also, I had issues with my phone and could not get the code sent for access to the apartment. Thanks to some guy who loaned us his phone we were able to call the...
"My stay was excellent as the owners and staff were always checking in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was just the right size and the bed very comfortable. The rooftop deck was nice and had great views. Central location to all the sights as well as easy access to the beach. The breakfast here is amazing as they make their own bread and jam. Definitely an excellent place to stay. "
"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. "They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "
