"Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. "In general, the hotel needs rennovation and services to get better: medditeranean style is really cool and the territory is huge, but the terrace is not secured at all, your neighbor can just step over a low board and be on your terrace and if you are on the 1st or 2 floor, just in 3 m from you is a golf camp that you cant enjoy time on terrace and the golf ball could be dropped to your head.
