Great rooms great staff no vacation is perfect but no complaint on my part would have derailed a thing. Staff were helpful 24/7 and willing to help with anything asked. The location was perfect to either sit on the beach or walk a couple blocks to 5th where every store you could want to visit. Used the grill multiple nights as we sat on the rooftop deck to enjoy dinner. I promised that we would be back as I left and looks like I’ll be booking again so expect a follow up review in a couple months!

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. Beach and pool area was beautiful. We stayed in a penthouse suite and the rooftop deck was amazing! If I ever come back to Playa Del Carmen, I will stay here again.

The pools on both Beachside and Oceanfront were clean and comfortable, with beautiful water features. Some of the jets in the jacuzzi weren’t operable and the elevator had us trapped for a solid 10 minutes with no one to hear us yell for help not did the alarm didn’t work. Luckily the door eventually opened on its own. The condo itself was perfect: comfortable, fully loaded, spacious. I would come back but I definitely wouldn’t risk the elevator again

It was all we hoped for and more. The only thing we were disappointed about was there was no beach but that wasn’t the accommodations fault since in winter time there is almost no beach because of the way the wind blows.

So nice we came back for a second visit in two years. The spacious 2bed, 2bath unit with a tropical view and private hot tub terrace amazed our kids! While the condo hotel is close to the party scene, we slept soundly at night thanks to the thick walls of the buildings. Very walkable to 5th Avenue. The two pools are lovely and evocative of a jungle escape. The beach club is modest but the food and drinks are wonderful. It looks out on a section of beach where fishing charter boats tie up, but it’s a short walk down a few streets south to the beach more suitable for swimming. We thought the price was fair.

Great property right on the beach. Excellent, uncrowded beach and swimming. Restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, grocery store all within a short walk. Spacious, well equipped apartment and friendly, accommodating staff made me feel right at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Playa del Carmen.
