The Space:
Our stylish condo inside IPANA is located in one of the most sought-after locations downtown, near some of the best restaurants, just 1.5 blocks from the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street, and within walking distance of the beach! But you don’t have to venture out if you don’t want to, as the complex has several rooftop pools, one exclusive for adults, and magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea!

As an added bonus, you also have access to the complex amenities such as the spacious fitness center, communal pools, massage area, kid’s club, and game room. Luxe amenities for an amazing stay!

Step into our luminous and open condo with a roomy floor plan and lots of natural light. There’s a sitting area facing a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a relaxing space to rest after a long day at the beach! The sofa is a pullout double bed in the event flexible sleep space is ended or an extra sleeping spot for 1 guest.

From the living area, sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy an after-dinner cocktail or morning coffee.

If you like to cook at home, you’ll be happy to know you have a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials and quality appliances, such as a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics and dishes for enjoying meals at home in comfort.

Then, sit down at the dining table for 4 to enjoy your culinary creation over some good conversation or to plan tomorrow’s activities. The table can also be used as a laptop workspace if needed.

When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, the bedroom features a plush queen bed, another wall-mounted Smart TV, an ample-sized closet for your things with a safe box, nightstands and lamps on each side with outlets to plug your phone, AC for comfort, and direct access via sliding glass doors to the private balcony.

Of course, you’ll have a modern full bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower and a laundry area with a washer/dryer combo and an iron for added convenience during your stay. You’ll also have a free garage parking space if you come by car!

Guest Access:
During your stay, you’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex amenities at Ipana.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in the most coveted area of Playa, just 1.5 blocks from the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street with shops, bars/restaurants, nightlife, vibrant malls, and more! Plus, just steps from the best grocery store, Selecto Súper Chedraui, a short stroll to the prettiest street in Playa (38th St from 5th Ave to the beach) and near some of the best beach clubs in Playa. You cannot beat this location!

Getting Around:
The property is about 53 km | 33 miles from Cancun International Airport (CUN), which is about a 50-minute drive when there’s no traffic! It’s best to check your map app for accurate driving time. If you come by car, there is an assigned parking spot at the complex. If you need help arranging transport from the airport, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
There is an ongoing construction nearby from 10 am to 6 pm.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you will need to check in at the reception and sign any necessary paperwork.
