Magnificent exterior suite fully equipped with kitchen, dining area, large bathroom, extra large bed, sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, plasma TV with Netflix, ceiling fans, safe and beautiful terrace overlooking the outside.

The suite is located on a third floor in a completely new building built in 2017, equipped with elevators and great common areas with a rest and reading area, solarium and rooftop pool with bar and sea views. The building has security and surveillance cameras.

Incredible location just 30 meters from the famous Fifth Avenue of Playa del Carmen, where you can walk and find restaurants, bars, craft shops and entertainment centers.

One of the best beaches in the Caribbean is a 5-minute walk from the suite, being famous for its white sand, turquoise waters and beach clubs such as Mamitas Beach, La Coralina and others.

You will have personalized attention for anything you need and from the moment you make your reservation we will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay and make recommendations as places to visit, how to move as well as recommended restaurants and leisure activities .

Poor Communication

Everything was as described .There was no drinking water which we have always been supplied. The WiFi is just terrible , working , not working, while everyone else we talked to had no problem.The TV on the main floor of the unit didn't work , we contacted the landlord he said he was sick but hoped we could get the TV working . well we didn't and wasn't impressed not having that TV working.I even asked the landlord about some remuneration for the inconvenience but never heard back from him.We have stayed at this building before but will not be staying at this particular condo again.
