"First visit to Club Del Carmen, we had a great time and would definitely return. 2 bed apartment was perfect, air con in both bedrooms and the lounge, comfy beds, clean and well stocked with everything you need. The complex feels safe with card access needed to enter. All the staff were very helpful, the sunbed booking system is perfect, saves those early morning starts to get something. We visited in the peak of summer (Aug) and had no problems with getting a decent bed. The pool and hot tub are great and the pool are was cleaned daily by the chap on the floor scrubber. My only slight criticism (more constructive for the complex than anything) is the cocktails and some of the drinks (sangria for example) could be improved from the onsite bar, we've stayed at other Hilton complexes and when the happy hour bell rings there's a dash to the bar, it wasn't so apparent here and I think if the drinks were improved slightly there would be more demand throughout the day (not just happy hours). The food and entertainment were great, we were able to watch the film one evening from our balcony and it was nice that they re-opened the pool till the film ended at about 11pm. Did we have a great holiday... Yes absolutely! Would we return... Yes without a doubt! PS save yourself some cash, the bus drops off and picks up right outside the complex and it's one 1.40 EUR per person per trip, the taxi from the airport cost us 17 EUR."

"A fantastic apartment in a great location. The pool is great and the other residents are friendly and is a peaceful place to spend your day.We did like how easy and quick it was to get there from the airport and cost around 16 euros and took about 6/7 minutes.We rang for one at 5am on the way back and it was there within minutes.The apartment is well equipped with a big fridge though the air conditioning was a bit fiddly in accepting coins but we barely used it. We took the tip from a resident to open the windows and let the breeze come in which certainly worked.The TV was good though rarely used, but you could get all the Sky TV channels including every Sky Store movie which was great for our 16yr old when he needed to get out of the sun.We had 2 longers which were good but it would’ve been better if there was a cushion. Only thing I could pick up rarely.As a tip, avoid the Super Dino etc and get to Lidl. I could walk it in 15/20 mins and a taxi back was about 4 euros. Much cheaper!The open air cinema was fab too!Great place to stay!!"
