"We stayed with a group of 13 for a bachelor party. Julie, Wilbert, and Juan were very helpful and promptly fixed every issue that we had. They helped arrange new tables for us, massages, converted money for us, and provided cleaning services during our stay. They also offer great tours services that we will take advantage of next time. "

"The photos accurately depict the property. Casual environment with a limited number of rooms provide a quiet retreat right at the beach. There are a few restaurants conveniently located near by but downtown Jaco is a short drive away."

"We liked our room, it was spacious, had a fridge and comfy beds. The pool was clean amd relaxing with warm water. Not crowded. The beach is beautiful but waves were really strong...definitely not for swimming with kids. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was not the buffet but overall filling. Birds as anywhere in Costa Rica were entertaining... especially a flock of macaws in a jungle area across the small street. I would return here again."

"My husband and my two sons (16 and 20) had an amazing time. We were there for 6 nights . We had everything we needed,plenty of towels including bathroom towels , kitchen supplies, even laundry detergent. The outdoor sitting area and pool was the best especially sitting and bird watching in the morning . We enjoyed the floats and the beach balls for a fun game of volleyball. We loved hanging at the community pool and enjoying the delicious and awesome vibes at Yo Yo’s beach bar. Hermosa Palms is a gem !Kelly and Debbie were great , very responsive and helpful.We can’t wait to go back ."
