"Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I am at the airport, ready to go home but wanted to thank the staff for a great experience. Ivan did a wonderful job helping my elderly parents with reservations for dinners. The golf carts arrived promptly and took them door to door. Etiel, at the front desk was very helpful and acted like he really enjoyed helping me with a smell in our room and with changing money. He spoke English very well and I searched him out for help. Paz served us at the beach and she was very thoughtful. Now for what could be better; you have to ask for guacamole. They couldn’t make a Paloma if their life depended on it. The lobby gets crowded and busy and MUST be avoided on karaoke night. It’s amazing how poorly Canadians can sing after drinking. I am Canadian. But they make great micheladas. The rosato wine is great. Beaches are the place to be. "

"I booked 2 rooms and needed them to be together, I asked several times and they told me to ask 2 days before check in, so I did, they had our rooms side by side and that made the holiday way better"

"Highly recommend the food from the Hotel’s restaurant. Amazing food, tasty, big portions. Our reservation included breakfast buffet. The best breakfast I ever had, so complete: chilaquiles, eggs, pancakes, juice, fruit etc. staff members are so nice, polite, friendly. They are so helpful if you need any help getting some where.. I’m so happy I booked in this hotel. "

"Rooms were nice and hotel was nice as well. The location is a bit away from city center, so you have to get a taxi to go to town and explore. Staff were nice and friendly. Coffee shop was excellent. We had a great time overall. "

"Amazing stay at Casa Ceiba! We booked this hotel in hopes of finding tranquility and beautiful scenery and it did not disappoint. The staff were wonderful, food was great at the restaurant and the daily breakfast was a delight with lots of options. Staff also does a great job with housekeeping. And the pool was pure bliss! Casa Ceiba is a little further than hotels closer to town but it’s worth it. Taxis were super easy to get around in. If you’re looking for a stay with great amenities and not huge crowds, Casa Ceiba is where it’s at. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for 10 days. The Vacation company were amazing from the initial booking to great customer care throughout the stay. The property is in a gated community about 23 mins from the airport. There was shuttle both ways. During the stay there was a cleaner and pool and garden staff. All did a great job. The 4 King rooms were huge and with good AC and the small garden room was also AC and suited its purpose. There are 4 Bedrooms in the main house and a Suite down a declining path which would suit a more stable footing individual. There are ample rooms with the main Kitchen on the upper floor which does have its challenges with ants. Beware of storing unsealed food in the pantry. It would be beneficial for the host to provide sealed containers for this purpose or you can get then form the local supermarkets cheaply. This house is house and has great facilities including bars, large dining seating area with AC and a theater room also with AC. There are many many lights with dimmers and also fans. You will have to figure out what does what and also many of the bulbs are not working. We did have a couple of things not working which included a toaster and hairdryer. One call to guest services and new ones were provided the next day. Great Customer service. The water system cannot keep up with to many people showing and using hot water all at once, so once you figure that out, just stagger the times. The pool is a great size and well looked after by the pool guy except Sunday which also includes the cleaner. Amazing views of the ocean and bay. You are close by to the all inclusive resorts in the bay, so you can hear some music at night but not too late. Would we come and stay here again, for sure we would and highly recommend it to anyone and especially using the this Vacation company."

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"We had an excellent stay at Dreams. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was super clean and had lovely flowers on the bed each day. So many pools and yummy restaurants. So many fun activities and wonderful tours you can book."
