"This place is a great find. Clean room. Large room. Bed and bedding are comfortable. Restaurant is the best food. French toast in the morning is the best I’ve ever had. Plus they have adorable clothing store on site."

"The staff was very nice, the food Amazing but the property needs some improvement. The Asian food restaurant was closed for renovation. Some areas of the roof were leaking inside the building. "We had an excellent time at the Mikado. It was our first time to Costa Rica and it was probably one of our best holidays. Such a fun adventure. Lolo was an excellent host and if you do stay you must take advantage of her dinners. Incredibly romantic. The location is perfect. Quick drives to Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas and Playa Conchal. Great places to explore and then return to the peace and tranquility of the lodge. Absolutely perfect. "

"Nous avons un super séjour ! Les logements sont géniaux, tout comme les extérieurs ! La piscine est super agréable et nous avons pu voir les singes hurleurs pendant qu'on prenait notre (très bon) petit déjeuner. Encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leurs conseils ! Je recommande vivement."

"Our staying Epic was truly special. You will notice the attention to deal from very beginning. Staff amazed us with their level of care. The units and property is pretty new and location was close enough to the city and beach but laid back enough to stay away from all the craziness. We will go back!"
