"The staff were pleasant and helpful. Doing the best with what they had. Room was small and dark. Although the room was clean it felt dingy due to the wear and low light. Bed was uncomfortable. Neighbourhood was extremely run down and we did leave the room after dark as we felt that would not be advisable. We will not be back. "

The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was impeccably clean and well-furnished, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. Kudos to Hotel Zar Coatzacoalcos!
