We did not see any staff during our stay, but that did not affect us, as communication by message was straightforward. "The rooms are spacious and the showers are powerful, although the rooms are a bit dated. The hotel is in a great position a few minutes walk from the Triton fountain. The buffet breakfast has a great variety and all well presented. The staff are all so friendly and very helpful. The outdoor pool area is very spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds available. The only downside of the hotel is there are a lot of steps or a steep climb from the hotel to the Main Street so not ideal if you have walking difficulties We have stayed here before and will stay again in the future."

"Despite the initial inconvenience, the overnight stay proved to be satisfactory. However, the room I was assigned to was poorly lit, with the bed lights and air conditioning malfunctioning. While the property met the basic standards of cleanliness and proximity to the airport, the driver encountered difficulties locating the hotel due to the locals’ unfamiliarity with the establishment. The staff member I interacted with exhibited impatience when providing instructions. Nevertheless, I managed to have a restful night after a challenging start. It is advisable to be cautious, as there are other properties in the vicinity with the same name."

"Very charming rooms, tastefully decorated. So great to be close to the airport for an early departure. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. And the staff was so kind, helping me print out a file and just super friendly and available to meet any needs. I would definitely book again if needing a room near the airport!"

"Great hidden gem so close to airport, easy location to get to anywhere in Malta or on to Gozo fast ferry using Bolt service. Set in traditional building, modern airy rooms and bathrooms. Smooth easy check in, comfy beds, large clean rooms, great breakfast, fresh bread, croissants, fruit, omelettes. Good value and lovely people. Thank you - will definitely be back"
