"Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing that we would like to mention is that the shower in our room was a bit difficult to operate - in the sense that the water temperature was either too warm or too cold and also the shower head was not working without the main shower going off. The rest was great and we would highly recommend to our friends!"

"The hotel was easy to access and there was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave very early for the airport and they made it super easy for us to do so. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant. The room was clean and had enough space (we were a family of 4)."

"The first person that check us in wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to not have a lot of patience for our inquiries. However, the rest of the staff, made up for it. The staff during restaurant staff were kind and welcoming and specifically a staff member at the front desk- who I spoke to later, was very helpful. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed and very convenient to be across the airport and included breakfast- one last thing to worry about as we had an early morning flight. "

" An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, the service at H4 hotel was impeccable. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail—from the luxurious toiletries to the complimentary water and variety of coffee. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, with a delicious variety of dishes and top-tier service. We also loved the amenities—especially the pool and sky bar with an amazing view,which made our stay feel truly relaxing and indulgent. "It was great! Very near the RER E line which made it really easy getting around Paris. The staff were really friendly and helped us with directions and telling us the best travel apps to get around Paris and we loved the free snacks and tea in the bar area. The room was lovely, really clean and well presented and the pillows and duvet were soft and amazing. The hotel is by the train tracks so you can hear a little noise but it’s not very loud. Bed was really comfy and spacious. "

"Great aparthotel with huge rooms (especially for Paris). Lots of transport links and places to eat nearby - area not very central but easy to get other places using the metro. Super clean and luggage storage made it easy to get there early and leave late. "
