"Hotel staff and cleaners were very friendly. Hotel was very clean apart from cat poo smell by the lifts which is not their fault as they look after the stray cats there. Hotel room was so lovely with balcony with green grass and facing the pool, I felt very lucky to have the room although I paid for the cheapest with Expedia Vitality discount. I enjoy sitting on the balcony reading as I like my space, felt perfect. My only dislike, and pet hate are buffets where people are fighting for the food. I went to the buffet helping my 80 year old mother that can not walk well or see well. People were pushing. I hated going to dinner and found myself regretting going half board. The restaurants by the beach are only 10 min walk with fresh fish and drinks and wonderful service. The hotel needs to do something about the buffet, one reason I would not go to that hotel again. But I would consider Cordial self catering apartments. "

"We recently stayed at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. "It was our long term holiday at this property. Big thanks to the animation team. The guys were brilliant and funny and children were always taken care of in terms of having fun (hello Alfredo 🙂). The restaurant was very good with plenty food to chose from. The bar tenders were so nice and accommodating everyone with big smile and friendliness. The receptionists were friendly too. The only problem in this property are constantly broken elevators, so we must have gone around in most of the times. In general we had a great time, so we will be happy to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you!"

"Excellent stay, I thought that the hotel was superb with friendly staff. The spa was included which I also thought was an added bonus, as was the mini bar. My only comment would be that the key system to the rooms was somewhat inconvenient as they would deactivate if ever close to your phone or bank cards requiring you to walk back to reception. Also the gate to the pool was in an inconvenient position as you need a key to access the toilets. Otherwise I cannot fault the stay. "

"Tino communication, prior and during was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and he had left a bottle of wine and a litre bottle of water in the fridge which a lovely touch.Our two boys (men!), both stated they would stay there again, great location for everything."

"This beautiful apartment (1B) is well equipped, with 3 bedrooms (2 with a small, private balcony) , 2 bathrooms and large balcony. Ideal for us as a group of friends.The accommodation was very clean and much nicer in real life than the pictures suggest. The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas were perfect for relaxing after exploring all day.The apartment is in the best location... Just a few steps across the bridge to get to the heart of the resort. I even took advantage of having the barber's shop below and went for a haircut. Everything is on the doorstep. Property manager,Tino ensured simple check in and check out. "

"Spacious, very well located in a very nice development allowing air flow and light. Mostly well equipped … new pillows needed, and chopping board was very small, scored, and unable to be cleaned efficiently. Cleaning pretty good, but, not thorough, as dust accumulated behind doors and on shelves of wardrobe. Pop up plug on left hand basin broken. We had a great stay. Love the area "
