"Muy buenas instalaciones, pero sin aparcamientos, condiciona el poder moverte libremente, Mala comunicación desde el personal de Recepción, muy apática, rozando lo antipático. Se nos comunica el último día que tenemos que abandonar del complejo a las 12:00, sin poder disfrutar más tiempo en ellas, en otros hoteles hemos hecho el check out, Y pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones hasta el cierre de éstas. "Finally found the perfect family hotel. The location is superb with nice restaurants nearby and little Venice at Port Mogan. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and the facilities are great. It just works. Nice big pool which is relaxed for kids with floats. The kids could go around safely to the pool and the room. They made lots of friends as lots of English people here. The breakfast is great and the snack bar/on site restaurants are good as well and extremely reasonable price wise. We moved to another hotel during our trip after our stay ended here and we wish we had stayed at the Radisson for our entire holiday! Highly recommended."

"The place was super cozy and clean! The staff were all friendly! The room was large and got great sunlight. The pool was also large and the temperature was fantastic, not too cold! The happy hours and evening shows were so much fun, and food was tasty and well priced. My only complaint is that the wifi was absolutely horrible, as it rarely would connect and made it hard for me as I was traveling from the United States. My friend from Ireland also couldn't connect most of the time. So that was a bummer, but everything else was wonderful! Will definitely be back!"

"Our second visit to Idyll Suites. First all the positive… The apartments are spotless, the team are amazing, the views every morning waking up to blue skys and the view of the sea are fabulous. Would we stay again yes. 😎 Some negatives and I’m being really nit picky. The showers in the bathroom need a revamp they need to be thermostatic controlled and also some bigger towels. It’s a quiet location and you need to get a bus or taxi to Puerto Rico for great shops, bars & restaurants!"
