"My family traveled from FL, TN, and Juneau to watch my daughter graduate from UAF. The home was everything we expected and more. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. The home is absolutely stunning and exactly what the pictures look like. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and other items that made our stay so comfortable. We saw two moose in the morning across the river between 5-6am, beaver, and many birds daily. I highly recommend this home."

"The property is just like the listing. Very clean and well taken care of. There is tons of space for everyone to spread out. Loved that we were able to see the Northern Lights from the yard during our visit. Loved that we weren't in the middle of the city but only 15ish minutes for everywhere we wanted to go in town. Appreciated some snacks and treats provided. The host is very communicative and easy to reach when needed. Would highly recommend people stay here. Would stay here again."

"We loved our stay here in North Pole. I was initially skeptical because it was a 20 minute drive from the airport, however it was not a bad drive at all and kinda fun. "Overall: a very comfortable home, with everything we needed! The light fixture over the table was VERY bright; we unscrewed all but one of the bulbs, and that helped. Instructions said to take the trash “out”, but we couldn’t find a trash bin outside. So we gathered the trash, and left it inside, near the door (so critters couldn’t get it). A shovel, to shovel the walkway, would have been handy."

"The tv did not work properly. Never got the volume above 11 which was a whisper. Communication was poor from host. We were told there was a guide book and then were told no guide book. And we had NO information on the house. There was no license posted and no wi fi posted. We were told to stand on a stool to access the router which was near the ceiling to get the information for wifi. On the positive- the house was very clean. Had comfortable beds and conveniently located to North Pole."

"This house is cozy in a quiet neighborhood north of Fairbanks. It has easy access to the dipping in Fairbanks as well as the remote location where I could see Aurora from the front driveway. The place was clean and exactly what we expected from the posting. The owners were friendly and great hosts."
