"Great hotel, sweet staff, but hotel maid was kind of rude. Almost angry that we were staying longer, but the lady at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and sweet. Even with the maid being a little bit rude I still would give it a 10 out of 10."

"Had confirmation of the room but when we arrived, it took an hour and a half to get into a room because it wasn't showing we had a room and the staff just laughed about it. Toilet ran all night, holes in the walls, a/c had to be on 55 to work so we either froze or burnt up. I definitely don't recommend staying there. "

"You're getting what you pay for. Comfy clean bed, convenient location, nice lobby. Bathroom is usable but don't spend time in the corners. Walls were not totally clean all over. Location is what it is. I don't live on a safe side of my town so i was used to sktechy people walking around. That being said it was acceptable for the price "

"The room was immaculate and a great space to relax. The hotel is about a mile from Broadway where all the great restaurants and bars with plenty of live music are located. We chose to walk which was an easy commute but the in/out valet service was excellent as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town!"
