"Classy, comfortable room, very good. Reception wasn't in the most obvious place (arriving from the airport terminal) and was under-staffed and impersonal. I booked at a very good rate and room was pretty "swanky" for the price. Would use again. Didn't use restaurant/bar as too pricey."

"Room said multiple beds, there was one bed…
You would think no problem, i will go get it sorted at reception, but no.
Staff wanted €40 euro upgrade for a room with two beds, stating also the only reason i couldn’t have the room with multiple beds is because i didn’t have a child.
I paid for a room with multiple beds, and it read as such on the receipt.
Basic customer service, decency and courtesy seriously lacking."
