    Nestled in Le Péréllo, in a small residence with garden, this T2 of 30 m², facing south, on the 1st floor, offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the island of Groix. Beach at the foot of the beach, hiking trails, shops (Intermarché, fishmonger, laundry, hairdresser), bars, restaurants, pizzeria and crêperies just a stone's throw away. Golf course at 5 km, Cité de la Voile at 9 km.
