Nestled just 100 meters from the sailing club, beaches, and harbor, it offers privileged access to all maritime activities.

The Accommodation:
The house's bright and warm interior is a true haven of peace after a day of exploring the surroundings. Relax in the enclosed garden, on the sunny terrace, or enjoy an outdoor meal in the dining area.

The spacious and bright fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals with fresh local produce from the market. A comfortable master bedroom is located on the ground floor, offering extra privacy and comfort. The beds are 90x200 and electrically adjustable.

Upstairs, three single beds (90x200) provide a peaceful night’s sleep, and a bathroom with a shower and WC completes this floor, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.
