70s house, renovated by an architect, with a terrace overlooking the river and the entrance to the estuary of the Jaudy.
Passionate about nature, hiking or the trégor landscape, this house is for you!

The house comprises on the ground floor:
- a master suite with a bathroom (bath + shower), sea view.
- an office (TV room) with a sofa bed to accommodate 2 adults
- a large toilet
- a dining room with piano, living room and open kitchen and overlooking the terrace
Upstairs :
- a bedroom
- a large child room that can sleep in dormitory about 4 children (on mattress) or an adult room
- a large shower room

For large families, a studio with a double bed, a shower and a living room can be made available (extra charge: 250 € / week). Pictures possible on request.

In the garden there is a children's hut, a swing and a slide.

On request, 2 adult bikes, a kayak and a paddle can be made available

On request, baby accessories can be made available (bath, high chair, cot ...)
