Die Lage der Immobilie ist hervorragend. Das Haus selbst ein häßlicher Betonklotz. Die angezeigte Sicht war leider nicht vorhanden, da die Jalousie runter war am Fenster und sich auch nicht reparieren ließ. Wir hatten das berichtet, es kam auch eine Frau, die aber ratlos das Appartement wieder verließ. Wir wurden schriftlich beschuldigt, der Frau nicht genügend Zeit zur Reparatur gelassen zu haben. Das ist Unfug. Sie hat nach 3x Kurbeln ohne Erfolg einfach aufgegeben. Sie hatte eh keine Leiter dabei und hätte den Kasten so ohnehin nicht öffnen können. Nach einer Woche lief dann das Wasser im Bad weder in Dusche noch im Waschbecken mehr ab, wir säuberten so gut es ging, die Verstopfung schien allerdings weiter unten zu sein. Das Appartement liegt im 3. Stock und ist nur über eine schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Es war mäßig sauber, beim Reinigen der Abläufe war das sehr schnell sichtbar. Ansonsten ganz OK, aber wir würden es nicht mehr machen. Aber Lage Top, direkt am Strand. Nur leider ist die Sonnen"terrasse" nicht Richtung Strand, sondern im Gegenteil und es ist auch keine Terrasse, sondern ein kleiner Balkon. Vorteil: Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Sehr praktisch.
