Vacation home between sea and countryside

This vacation home is quietly situated near the sea and the beach.

The house has 140 sqm of comfort for up to five people and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you find the living room with fireplace that opens onto the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. In the spacious bedroom with a double bed. In this room, a small sea view is possible. In the other room has a single bed. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also upstairs.

South facing, 45 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture for five people, a parasol and a barbecue. It is bordered by the 150 m² garden with lawn and flowers. The garden is enclosed by a hedge, but not completely fenced. In front of the house there is a courtyard shared with the owners. Here you can park your car.

Each room can be heated by an electric heater.

The house is about two kilometers from the nearest beach. There you can swim, surf or fish on foot. The center of Plozevet with supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctor, tobacconists, newsagents, tourist office, restaurant, bar and creperie is about two kilometers from the house.

Great location for a great holiday
We were looking for somewhere quiet away from the hustle and bustle but within a short distance of the beach and the waves. This was perfect. We had a fabulous time, were very well looked after and our host was incredibly patient with my very basic French. A great holiday.

It should be mentioned in the details that end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are extra. The house is in a delightful situation, very peaceful and with a delightful garden for eating in or just relaxing.

Wonderful gite
We had a lovely time staying here. The gite is very spacious and comfortable and had everthing we needed. The garden is lovely we enjoyed sitting out taking in the amazing view over the coast. The host was friendly and available if needed. This is in a great location, very peaceful. The the beach and bakery were within walking distance and there are plenty of other places to visit a short drive away. We have visited quite a few gites and this is one of our favourites and one I would visit again!

De l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte aux formidables sites à visiter aux alentours, allez voir le marché nocturne des commerçants locaux à Pont-Croix les mardis. Vous passerez, pour sûr, un très beau moment dans cette région et dans ce très beau gîte idéalement situé.

Pour le calme et le grand air
2 semaines passées dans cette très jolie grange réaménagée en splendide maison.Nous avons très bien été accueillis et avons pu profiter de notre séjour tranquillement. La maison sur 2 niveaux est très bien agencée, il n'y manquait absolument rien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue (bouteille de cidre et petits gâteaux artisanaux et bretons pour nous mettre dans l'ambiance)..La maison est située dans une voie sans issue, sans autre voisinage que la famille hôte et les champs qui s'étendent et la mer au loin que l'on entend bien à marée haute. Idéalement située entre Landudec et Plozévet vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour les achats de la vie courante (Super U à Landudec et Intermarché à Plozévet). Vous trouverez également des Leclerc et autres Carrefour dans les bourgs et villes environnantes. Beaucoup de sentiers pédestres pour les randonneurs, la mer est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture, Quel que soit votre style de vacances, il y en a pour tout le monde et pour tous les goûts. Il y a des dépliants sur les activités culturelles et les sites à visiter dans la maison. On a traversé la France pour y aller, nous la retraverserons pour y retourner. Le pays Bigouden est à visiter et à aimer, foi de Franc-Comtois!

Dies ist ein Ferienhaus, das man sehr ungern wieder verlässt, Blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, sehr hübsches Geschirr, tolle Qualitätskochtöpfe. Sehr hübsches Haus. Nah am Strand gelegen. Ausstattung für eine Urlaubsresidenz entsprechend.
Wir haben hier tolle Tage und ruhige Nächte verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und alles nötige vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Unterkunft mieten.

Wij vonden de omgeving van Plozévet prachtig. De wijsheid van het landschap, de kust met rotsen, erg mooi en de rust is ons erg goed bevallen. We hadden prachtig weer en hebben op het strand gelegen en gezwommen. Dus daar boften we mee. Een deel van Frankrijk om nog eens naar terug te keren.

Tolle Ferien!!! Wir gehen schon sehr lange in die Bretagne . Aber dieses Ferienhaus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und uns sehr beeindruckt. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Einfach wunderbar!
Das kleine Häuschen als Teil eines Hofes bietet eine wunderbare Urlaubs Unterkunft. Das Haus ist mit liebevollen und maritimen Details geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine warme, schöne Atmosphäre. Eins der Schlafzimmer, die Gästetoilette, ein Hauswirtschaftsraum und die zum Wohnzimmer mit einem herrlichen Kaminofen offene Küche, befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Über eine Holztreppe und eine Galerie gelangt man zu einem etwas kleineren und einem weiteren großen Schlafzimmer, sowie zum Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Für das Badezimmer würde ich einen klitzekleinen Punkt abziehen. Ich hatte mich schon gewundert, warum dazu keine Fotos gezeigt werden – hier gibt es einen kleinen „Renovierungsstau“ - das ist aber Jammern auf extrem hohen Niveau, denn im Bad ist alles gut zu nutzen, aber nicht ganz so hübsch, wie der Rest des Hauses. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und ihrer Tochter war hervorragend, gerade weil sich unsere Anreise etwas verzögert hat. Wir fühlten uns auch mit unserem Hund sehr willkommen. Die netten Begrüßungsgeschenke und der Blumenstrauß sind sicherlich erwähnenswert und nicht selbstverständlich. Der Garten ist gepflegt und mit seinen wunderbaren Mäuerchen und der schönen Bepflanzung zu jeder Tageszeit ein schöner Ort (vorausgesetzt das Wetter spielt mit)- Leider war auf dem Garten-gegenüberliegenden-Feld dieses Jahr Mais angebaut und deshalb noch nicht abgeerntet. Das war für uns doof, denn man konnte das Meer nur aus dem OG sehen. Grundsätzlich würden wir unbedingt einen fahrbaren Untersatz (wir hatten das Auto und Fahrräder dabei) empfehlen, da das Dorf mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten doch etwas weiter entfernt ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Merci beaucoup pour les jours merveilleux.

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft
Wir haben mit unserem 1,5-jährigen Sohn zwei schöne Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist exakt wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe, ebenso eine Waschmaschine, mit Kleinkind ein großer Vorteil. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Plozévet auf dem Grundstück der Gastgeber, die super diskret sind. Wir hatten leider nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, sonst hätten wir den tollen großen Garten mit Sonnenliegen, Grill, Tischen und Stühlen viel besser nutzen können. Zu den nächstgelegenen Stränden und zum Einkaufen nach Plozévet (Intermarché, Bäcker) sind wir mit dem Auto 5-10 min gefahren. Zum Surfen sind wir eher nach La Torche gefahren (30 min). Im Erdgeschoss ist auch im Juli etwas kühl geworden, es gibt aber eine elektrische Heizung, die Abhilfe schafft. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt.

Très agréable accueil et attention des propriétaires. .un petit havre de paix , où un joli tableau entre culture et mer (depuis le petit terrain )émerveille les yeux et dégage la beauté de cette belle Bretagne.. triste de quitter cette jolie maison,... et très très grande envie de revenir..merci à vous également pour accepter et donner de jolie vacances à nos petits compagnons à 4 pattes..

Wunderschön
Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 2,5 km fußläufig vom Meer entfernt. Das Haus hat ein nicht eingezäuntes Gartengrundstück, in dem wir uns ungestört aufhalten konnten. Hier muss nur aufgepasst werden, wenn man mit Hunden anreist, weil es Hühner auf dem Grundstück gibt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren.
