"We wanted a quiet vacation away from tourism. This is exactly what we got. We took their rental to the grocery store (not walking distance) and stocked up for breakfast and lunch/dinner was mostly on the beach w one of the local seafood restaurants. The local people were super friendly and helpful. There were life jackets but not sure if they had any for kids, because we brought our own. There is a snorkel rental too, across the street. We spoke Spanish and it was a plus for the property manager...

"The property and staff are very welcoming. The apartment had very comfortable beds. Would be nice is sofa was not in the loft space. The kitchen was equipped with older, worn pots and pans; otherwise, ok to prepare light meals like breakfast. Excellent location."

"We had an amazing week in Estacahuite! Felicia and Luis’s apartments are perfectly located just steps from the beach. We stayed in apartment 1 and enjoyed our mornings on the deck, watching the sun rise and the local fish boats returning with the daily catch, and our afternoons watching the humpback whales. The apartment is super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. Luis picked us up from the airport...

"We stayed two months at this property and really enjoyed everything. Would be nice to see a grill (barbecue) area for the complex. Great location to shopping, markets and beaches. Everything supplied in condo, just brought our beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Will be back in this unit for sure!"
