"We had a small glitch on check in just getting keys but the host was quick once we got a hold of her.This location is perfect lots of shops Restraunt’s and the beach is a short walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay and Norma was quick to reply to any of our needs .Would definitely stay here again. Even the dreaded stair case that was mentioned was not that bad."

"When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. The pool was great for our family. There are a few improvements that should be noted. We asked ahead and were told we would have drinking water but it was nearly empty on arrival. "We had a wonderful time in Hautulco, Mexico. We will definitely vacation there again. Everything was affordable (condo, food, activities). The condo was fully equipped and met our needs. There was a minor issue with the boiler but Alejandro had it checked and everything was fine. The sink in the guest bathroom had a leaking pipe but it’s an easy fix, it just needs to be resealed. Other than those minor things I would stay in that condo again."

"Clean property, excellent communication with property manager. The location is greaf with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store with walking distance. It's also really easy to get taxi to take you within minutes to all the hotspots. Pool is great, we were travelling with our 2y old and the shallow pool was just perfect."
