"Walking distance to the beach and markets. Dislike that the pool was not open throuout all of our stay and cleaning service was not done either. "

"This place is not looked after. patio window dirty. Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. Purchased a peeler while we were there. Pool is dirty and no circulation. Owner does not care. My husband and I climbed 50 stairs daily up and down from our room. "When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...

"Definitely a great place to stay if you're coming to Huatulco. Very safe and secure and close to many restaurants and the little town of La Crucecita. Everybody was super friendly including the building staff, property manager, etc."

"lots of unfinished construction. rooster next door woke us up at 4am every day. Gorge is a good host. the suite we rented is not the same as in the photos, thank goodness Gorge offered us something else."

"The location was perfect! Close to beaches, dining and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store! The pool was mostly quiet and the landscaping in the complex is beautiful and well maintained! "

"The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped. It's also really easy to get taxi to take you within minutes to all the hotspots. Pool is great, we were travelling with our 2y old and the shallow pool was just perfect."

"I had called the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the said time and the receptionist was very kind and said since we’re communicating we wouldn’t have to worry and the room will be there. Upon arrival she was the receptionist that worked the afternoon/night shift was very kind and loved her. She even recommended taking cabs and informed me they take you to the local beaches and the “Centro” (la Crucecita) for 40 pesos. The pool is kid friendly and with large families there too. You can definitely feel the family lovely environment. They would clean the rooms daily and brought new towels and staff was very kind. My waitress was also an absolute pleasure she even remembered my partner's order and mine which made the stay even better. Once again huge shoutout to the lady receptionist from the mid-day shift! And the waitress!! "
