"Staff was there to greet us after you call them to front. Heavy incense burning all the time. Made my throat hurt every morning. Sheets were covered in hair so asked for new sheets and just used the blankets we had in car. The bathroom door didn’t close so if your comfy with your spouse your good otherwise you get to share bathroom time. Everything was painted over so could see all the previous attempts to paint. so lots of poor maintenance, looked like very half effort was done. TV does has direct so lots of choices. Ice machine was broke. Didn’t do the breakfast so not sure on choices. Has a mini fridge( that worked fine) and microwave( didn’t try) Water had a slimy feel almost like bathing in conditioner. Lots of food options close. The town is very cute and has a great small town feel. Train in the morning at 530 am was an abrupt wake up call. Was disappointed as well checking out. Called on the line to let them know was checking out and from behind the door could hear her say just leave the keys. Would not stay again"
