This beautifully landscaped home is private, comfortable, and conveniently located in the front of the tranquil Fresh Pond with an easy accessible and very enjoyable private dock.

The house inside is impeccably maintained and in excellent condition. The outside yard is beautifully landscaped, ensuring a captivating view of the pond, from every bedroom.

Disclosures:
There is one security camera outside, located in the center above the garage doors, to ensure no trespassing on private property. The surveillance data is deleted on weekly basis.

Beautiful family weekend

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful well equipped house. We made day trips to Plymouth, different towns in Cape Cod and Newport! We really enjoyed our Easter break. The owner was a pleasure to talked to, everything was easy and lovely.

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

Stayed here for 5 days with family to be in town for a funeral. The home was clean and the host made sure it was well equipped. Lovely view of pond from front porch.

Family vacation - traveling to Maine for a wedding

We loved the house and its view etc etc. Beautiful weather ! We had a great time in the paddle boat and canoe and it’s close to the grocery store and nice beaches!

Serene location

My family enjoyed our stay, the location allowed for us to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Boston while still being close enough for us to explore. We fell in love with Plymouth and the beauty of the area!

Lovely home on a pond

The owner spared no expense In supplying all our needs for our stay. The house was beautiful and roomy. The location is very convenient and peaceful with a pond view.

Golf trip

Stayed for a golf trip to the Northeast. Played in CT, RI and MA. House was great with everything we needed and convenient to plenty of golf courses and Plymouth. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Everything a family could hope for

This property has everything a family could hope for in a family vacation. The lake is right out the front door and the ocean is a 10-minute walk. There are several single kayaks and one double kayak for cruising the lake and a peddle-boat. The house is fully air-conditioned with a large dining room table to seat everyone. We just love this property for our annual family gathering.

Wedding weekend Relaxation Respite

We needed a place to prepare for our wedding, and this place was perfect!! Between all our wedding plans, we would retreat to this VRBO for rest and relaxation. The lake is beautiful, the kayaks were great, and the house was perfect for hosting our family as we prepared for our big day. We even took some of our wedding photos on site, due to the picturesque ground and flowers. Had a great stay and hope to stay here again for our anniversary!

Ideal location

It's ideal in that it is on a beautiful pond and a short walk to the ocean beach. The owner was open to suggestions for improving the kayaks which needed some work. This was our third summer renting this property for 1 week each year.

Fantastic

House was well stocked with essentials. Very clean. Our boys 11 and 12 didn’t want to leave the lake. Our 16 year old daughter loved the location in proximity to waterfront shops. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Hua was a great host with a wonderful piece of property. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was really worth it.

Plymouth Pond House

The house was very well appointed and clean. The pond was right across from the front door so there was easy access. We enjoyed using the provided kayaks to paddle this lovely pond. Hua was very responsive when we had a question, getting back to us within minutes. We enjoyed our stay, visiting Plymouth center, the Priscilla Beach Theatre and biking the Cape Cod Canal. Thanks for a great week.

Senior get-away

Beautiful amenity-filled house. Quiet location with beautiful view of lake from porch. Perfect for morning coffee and planning your day and kayaks and pedal boat available to explore the lake. Many historic sites to visit nearby. Host was always available by phone to answer questions and to provide recommendations for shopping and dining. 6 seniors had a delightful annual get-away. Highly recommended. Thank you Hua for providing us with a lovely vacation.

Best family beach vacation yet

Our stay was amazing. I traveled with my husband, parents, sister and brother in law with their two young girls. Beach was within walking distance. My husband drove us down with all our beach stuff and he walked back (only about half mile and very easy and safe walk). We didn’t explore any other beaches. The local one was very private and quiet (the review before mine seems to be mistaken on the private part. Check with Hua— we had zero trouble). No parking but open to local homes like Hua’s. The beach, however does have a very steep ramp but we had strong men in the group to lug our stuff back up. I recommend bringing a beach wheelie to make it easier. House very well stocked. Hua was very responsive as well. View of the lake made coming home from the beach or morning coffees feel more like I was even more on vacation even though we were back at home base. Paddle boat was very fun. Sunsets were also beautiful. We ordered seafood in the first night from rock bottom seafood (lobster roll was insane), cooked / grilled in two other nights and went to downtown Plymouth one night. There’s a Shaw’s ten minutes down the road. I felt the grocery store was a bit overpriced but that’s probably due to tourism. The location is pretty close to everything you may need. Best beach house so far and this is our 5th annual vacation. We did choose a bigger house this time and it helped everyone have their own space to do what they want in their down time. We will return!

Great 4-night stay for a family wedding in Plymouth. The house was perfectly suited for the seven of us and the location in front of the lake was ideal with the beautiful weather we had during the entire weekend.

This is a perfect vacation home for our growing family. With the lake and kayaks a 15-second walk from the front door to the ocean at about a 12-minute walk, it's perfect for all ages in our family.

Wonderful week on the lake!

We had a wonderful week staying at this lakefront home! We traveled with our three adult children and two significant others for a total of seven. The house easily slept eight people and had everything we needed during our stay day. Kayaks, paddle boat, tubes, beach, chairs, beach towels and umbrella were all there to borrow. The private dock was perfect for accessing the lake. Hua was extremely responsive when I reached out to him for questions about the property and area for things to do. He was a great host!
