"To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware.
