"We loved the best western Troy because the staff was very welcoming, made us feel right at home! The room was huge, the beds were very comfortable, we had all the amenities that we needed in the room, and the breakfast the next morning was perfect in terms of the selection that was available to get your day started off right! I would highly recommend the best western Troy and if we are ever traveling through that way again, we would definitely stay there "

"Great little gem of a motel for the price! The room was clean, had great AC, and the neighbors were quiet. The only thing I would change is that the motel needs to be more transparent about the $50 deposit that you have to pay at check in, that is returned to your card at check out. I didn’t see this information anywhere on my reservation, and when I went down to the office later, there was a man checking in that was angry about the deposit. People are on tight budgets when they travel now a days so the motel needs to be up front about that as a courtesy to travelers. I would stay here again if I am ever in the area. "
