"The staff were very pleasant; welcoming and so helpful. They are quick to respond to any concern you may have. They offered suggestions concerning the visitation of the Holy Sites and gave insight regarding the terrain at the site. They always greeted you when you came back and asked how your day was going. "The location is right in the heart of the old town of Mostar, the famous bridge is about a 2 minute walk, tons of places to eat and drink. At breakfast they bring you enough food items to feed about 17 people, I would definitely stay here in a heart beat."

"Big, clean modern rooms on a few floors attached to a big mall. Big variety at the breakfast area and helpful staff. Used the large fitness, pool and sauna area as well as had a massage during our stay. Good place to stay but not really walkable to walk the historic Old Bridge area. Got a taxi easily for that. "

"I booked this place to stay. When we arrived they did not have a room for us. No one at the front desk just a lady who works in the kitchen. They sent us to another hotel/ pension and they told us that it was the same. We ended up sleeping in that pension and the family who runs that business were excellent!!!
