"This is 2nd year in a row staying here. Last year family of 4, this year with 5. Kids love the basement with activities, bunk beds & their own room. Isolated community with no one bothering you. Helped both years it snowed & we were able to build snowmen on the frozen lake. Deborah host is very nice & made process easy. Really a hidden gem. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Kellie was a fantastic host and so easy to communicate with. We had a terrible wind event while we were there and a tree in the development came down and knocked the power out. Thankfully she had a whole house generator and even reached out to me to make sure it came on, which it did, right away. The beds were super comfortable and all the little touches, like K cups and snacks, were so thoughtful. All the amenities and games worked and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs! We’ve been renting for many years in the Poconos and this was by far the best house we rented. "
