"Although the receptionist didn’t speak any English, between google translate and point and smiling, we were checked in early and shown around the hotel. The breakfast was good. Our room had an awkward shower/tub set up with no shower curtain, but we made the best of it. I think this is a very popular hotel as the weather warms up because there’s a popular road cycling trail and Straznice is central on that map. "Hotel has great location in the city centre. Decent size room, clean bathroom, all a little bit dated. Balcony with nice view over the river Vah. Good air-conditioning. Decent size indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace. Various saunas. Excellent breakfast, Overall great value."
