"location is quite far out of prague center, about 30-45 minutes on Metro and 45-60 by tram. Check in was slow and staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I did try the self check in machine but they didn't work. In the morning using the lift was a disaster, sometimes talking up to 15 minutes to get from room to reception. The place was so busy that when u was leaving I couldn't get out the door! There was a large group who decided to block the door and nobody could get past. I bought late check out. First time I tried to get back into the room the key didn't work. Back down 18 floors on the slowest lift in the world. I went back later just before I was due to checkout and the key didn't work. I stood in a queue, 5 members of staff ignored me.. they walked past, chatted to each other and eventually I had to interrupt. They key eventually was reactivated and after the door journey back up... the key didn't work. AGAIN! I was told it was because it was last checkout time... yes, because the key didn't work! Another return trip on the slowest lift and finally it worked. You could excuse things like this if the price reflects the service. Staff all seemed very young and not well trained or knowledgeable and room was not good value."

"Absolutely awesome hotel. Great specious room more like a small one room apartment. Very nice breakfast. Clean and quiet. Free parking. The only small downside is the distance to the tram or bus to the old town center.but since we came with a car and there is a park & ride free parking lot 3 min. drive from the hotel we had no issue with rhat. Bottom line great hotel especially for travelers with a car."

"Very close to subway. Good breakfast. Clean and modern room. The only thing that was concerning is the sound isolation is weak. I heard my neighbor from the adjacent room talking, and he heard me, but it is common in most hotels now around the world. I would still recommend this place."

"Very big hotel with great facilities. Spent the weekend here, had breakfast, used the bar, the gym and wellness centre. All very good, clean, and functional. Would use again."
