"An excellent hotel, we were sad that we weren't staying longer and plan to return. The hotel itself is beautiful, with historical pictures of Zakopane adding to the charm. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All members of staff we encountered on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. "The owner was very nice and always responded in a timely manner. I was not aware that bathroom was outside of the room but I had no problems with it. She was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I came back. The towels and bedding smelled so good and everything was clean. There is a kitchen downstairs and is open to all residents."
