"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

"Charmigt boende i en otroligt vacker region. Ren och rymlig lägenhet med allt man behöver för två veckors semester. Vi fick en barnstol och bebisstol av boendet så det va perfekt för vår familj på 2 vuxna och 1 bebis. Just vårt rum hade inget utsikt och uteplatsen va inte lika fin som de andra, så om man t ex vill ha en gräsplätt bör man ta de andra. Poolen ligger även en bit bort, svårt med barnvagn så vi tog bilen dit. Fin pool. "

"Hotel is right in the center of Gimignano. The staff were nice and able to check in early at 12:30pm. The room is large, clean, and quiet. The shower flow is very good but the tub is leaking a lot. Nearest parking lot is 600 meters away in P2 - parking lot is open and cost 15 euros per day. No in and out privilege.
I would love to come back and stay here again."

"This is a wonderful hotel for a stay in Tuscany. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety of options, making it a perfect start to the day. The location is also convenient—about 45 minutes to Florence, an hour to Pienza and Montepulciano, and roughly 25 minutes to Siena.
The only drawback is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from the neighboring room can be easily heard."

"Overall, a decent place to stay near San Gimignano with lovely surroundings. The property has a beautiful garden and pool are and the breakfast was decent. That said, I was frustrated with the check-in process, the receptionist was also helping in the kitchen during dinner hour, so I had to wait quite a while to be checked in. Additionally, there was no one available to help with luggage, so I ended up carrying my bags up to the second floor myself. If you’re looking for a peaceful countryside...

"No Heat, No Host Communication and Awkward. We got lucky with check in that the daughter answered the door and let us in. We never saw the host. I thought this was more of a hotel or bed and breakfast than a room in someone's house as it was. We ordered a double room and it was three rooms on the third floor of the property (One being the daughter of the hosts room) and two rooms that we did stay in and a shared bathroom. The daughter did not share the bathroom but it was clear it was hers...
