Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!

The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

Wonderful stay. We have stayed in other hotels on our many trips to Florence but now, the Pendini will always be our choice in Florence.

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

This is a great hotel in the heart of Florence. You literally get out of the door into everything you would need and want, including all the most amazing main attractions. A few steps from Il Duomo. Beautiful rooms, great service and they also have an adjacent rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the most beautiful sunset.

A beautiful hotel located at the heart of the city. Staff are super friendly. A truly relaxing atmosphere. Stayed in the superior room 3rd floor. Very quiet. Spa is nice. Good breakfast.

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The hotel even sent an English speaking employee to the hospital via bike to check on us and...

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite. Receptionist even walked us to our room, which I had never experienced before. Check-in was very smooth. After check out, they let us keep our car and luggage in their property for the day as long as needed, which was very thoughtful of them. Room was very nice, although it actually felt a little hot and we had to open window. But we didn't ask for help with that so that was our fault. Overall, amazing experience at hotel. The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...
