"Property was in the center of Bologna however i forgot to check if the property had any elevators and was surprised to find this spot located at the very top. Personnel was very helpful and carried my heavy almost 50lb luggage all the way up, can't say the same for my husband. It was an experience and literally breathtaking. Overall we felt comfortable and loved the location. We walked to the train station from here and it was not bad."

"The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. "Appena arrivato all’appartamento mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro di pulizie non previste. Nonostante “le pulizie” l’appartamento era sporco, mi son trovato capelli lunghi ovunque! Nel letto, in doccia, sul divano, per terra! Ma la cosa che mi ha shockato di più è che quando l’ho fatto presente non ho ricevuto neanche un euro di rimborso! "Awesome location for access to heart of Bologna. (Highly recommend Bologna, it is beautiful and fun area with university.
