청소상태가 아쉬웠어요

시설이 오래된 것은 어쩔수 없는 부분이지만 투숙객들의 위생을 위한 방 내부, 침구청소 등은 숙박업의 기본이라고 생각됩니다. 바닥침구에 여기저기 붙어있는 긴 머리카락들을 보니 찝찝한 마음이 들었습니다.

너무 낙후되어 이용하기 꺼려지는 숙소

숙소는 사진과 너무 다르고, 내부의 청결도가 너무 떨어지고 실내등도 약하고 어두워서 숙소 안에서 글씨를 알아보기 힘듬. 수건 등 어메니티도 너무 더럽고, 낡아서 새로 바꿔야 할 것임. 주차 시설도 낙후되었고, 주차장도 협소하여 외부에 주차해야 할 정도임. 그것도 오후 6시 이전에 도착했는데, 주변에 주차할 공간이 없음.

갑작스럽게 아빠 일 때문에 펜션은 갈 수가 없었어요 가족끼리 갔다 왔다는 후기가 있어서 급으로 잡게 되었구요 여사장님은 너무 친절하셔서 저희 아이들도 편안하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.. 하지만.... 가족모텔이라고 하기엔.... 좀 당황스러운 환경인지라 그것만 빼면은 정말 편하게 쉬다 온 곳은 맞습니다 ㅋ 또 시내에 위치해있어서 아빠 일하러 간 동안 아이들과 쇼핑도 하고 카페도 가고 잼게 보내고 왔네요 ^^

Really great location! Short walks to the walking mall and Jukdo Market. Short drives to both Yeongildae Beach and Homigot. Room was spacious and housecleaning kept it very clean each day. Our only complaint is that the bed was very hard. We prefer softer beds, but the hard bed is common in Asia so it may work for others.

비위생적인 모텔

정말 비위생적인 모텔 들어갔는데 변기에 머리카락 잔뜩, 1층에서 팝콘의 비린내와 더러운 객실. 청소를 안함, 모든게 찝찝하고 더러워 중간에 다른 모텔을 찾을까 고민, 즐거운 여행에 최악의 숙박을함 정말 비추천합니다. 침대에도 머리카락, 바닥에도 머리카락 심지어 화장실 불도 안켜짐. 물건을 만지기 겁남(너무 더러워서)

내돈주고 갔다온 솔직한 후기.애기랑 함께

아이데리고는 가지마세요. 여기저기 싸이트에서 꼭 리뷰보고 가세요. 정말 기대했던 휴가인데..기분도 안좋고..잠도 못자고..애기는 등에 피부병 나고.. 2박 예약했다가 1박 하고 나왔습니다. 포항에 지인있어서..기분좋게 갔는데..숙박비를 아낀다고 괜한짓을 했네요.. 사장님?일하시는 남자분은 경상도 분이라 말씨가 투박합니다. 저처럼 오해 하지마시구요. 침구 추가하시면 꼭 만원 있으셔야해요.현금없다고 핀잔들을 수 있어요. 에어컨에서 온도표시 안되어 냉기가 나오는지 그냥 바람이 나오는지 몰라요. 날개부분에서 물이 똑똑 떨어지는걸로 봐선 냉기가 나오는듯하지만 그바람 맞으면 눈이 가렵고 몸이 가렵습니다. 냉방시 환기를 꼭하리거나 에어컨을 켜지마세요.곰팡이 냄새가 나요.숙소내부에 전체적으로 냄새가 나며. 침대 밑에 부분에 콘돔포장지,젤 포장지가 제대로 안치워져 있어요.샤워기 필터는 교체해야할듯하고요.

Typical Korean ‘Hook-up’ Motel

The property screams “sex motel” all around. It was a very simple room, with horrible lighting and just a very large bed. It seemed a little pricey considering how basic of a room it was. When you check in there’s a wall between you and the workers and you speak through a small hole so it’s completely anonymous. The rooms seemed to be a normal level of cleanliness.

1박 잘 지내고 갑니다. 장점, 단점 참고하셔서 모두 즐거운 여행or출장 되시길~

장점 : 방이크다. PC가 2대 있음. 욕실&화장실 넓음(세면기 2개 : 방1 욕실1). TV랑 에어컨 상태 괜찮음. 침대 매트리스는 괜찮았음. 의자 많음(총 4개). 주차장 넓음. 주변에 조금만 걸어가면 시내 & 술집거리 있음(물론 구 시가지 임. 요즘은 쌍사에서 영일대해수욕장 주변으로 메인존 이동 중이라고 함). 1층에서 올라가는 엘리베이터 겁내 빠름. 1층에 팝콘이랑 간단한 과자류 같은거 비치되어 있음. 단점 : 옆방과 방음 좀 약함. 냉장고 돌아가는 소리 좀 큼. 전체적으로 어두움. 옷장이나 행거같이 옷 수납할 수 있는 공간 없었음(내가 못 찾은건가?). 청소 좀 더 신경쓰시길...침대커버랑 이불사이 공간 잘 좀 청소하라고 하셔야 될 듯~ 그리고 이건 단점까지는 아니지만 도로 따라가다보면 건물은 잘 보이는데 진입로가 약간 애매함(상당히 좁다). 또 그 길이 일방통행이라서 차량 출입시 항상 한바퀴 도는형태의 동선나옴. 전체적으로 평점은 3.7점 정도 주고싶은 곳이었음. 이 글을 보시는 분들께 숙소 선정시 참고 하시길 바라는 마음으로 시간내서 적어봤습니다.
