"This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. "We had a lovely stay at the property. It is in a fantastic location, the staff was superb, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. The only negative was the bed - it was very firm so wasn’t the most comfortable. But the rest of the amenities and helpful staff made up for it."

"Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can have breakfast at the on-site resteraunt and there is a bar downstairs that is easy to acess and staff were very friendly there.A small lounge is also right next the bar. Rooms were very nice and clean, shower was also very clean. The room has a mini bar with lots of different options. The hotel is just a ten minute walk to the city center and the Black Church. There are plenty of resteraunts there or you can walk a short distance to others in the area. Uber will drive you to the hotel from the airport for around 8-10 US. I found both Uber drivers to be very friendly. The hotel is on the same side as the cable car going up the mountain and is anout a 20 minute walk. Lovely stay and will stay here again when I return."
