Nice location, helpful front desk staff. I was surprised how tiny the room was.

This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.

47th wedding anniversary from Texas in the USA This boutique hotel was an excellent location , Knowledgeable and friendly staff , always going above-expectations— , shops and food available bus stop metro and transportation was readily accessible— five stars …I would give it six if it was possible !

Gorgeous hotel. Clean. Comfy beds. Beautifully decorated. Ten steps from the Metro station and the Arc de Triomphe. Would stay here again and recommend to others too.
