Situated at the rear of 4 units, this sunny property has everything you need. Very quiet and centrally located for all the offerings of the Bellarine on your doorstep. Surf beaches, Bellarine Rail Trail, Golf Course , Restaurants and Wineries are all near by.
Open plan living provides a feeling of space. Large windows throughout the property provide plenty of light and sunshine. With a split-system and gas heating, this cosy unit is a welcome retreat all year around.
This property is ideal for a small family or 2 couples wanting a relaxing escape from their busy routine. There are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom (Main Bedroom: Queen Bed, Second Bedroom: Double Bed)
