840m2 block with beautifully refurbished house, nestled in an ideal location; 5 minute walk to Lonsdale Links Golf Club & 3 min drive to Point Lonsdale's Main Street & Beach.

Wander over to the local surf beach, take a short walk to the Springs Beach, or a quick trip to the shops.

Amongst manicured gardens the house is filled with natural light & constructed with a family-friendly layout, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 2 living spaces providing ample room to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is ducted heating and cooling as well as ceiling fans to ensure all weather conditions are provided for.

The house is fully fenced and lies amongst manicured gardens. It is set back from the road, making it peaceful and private. The huge and enclosed back yard is perfect for pets and children, with the in-ground trampoline and cubby house a favourite amongst the kids.
