Not only is the house two blocks to the beach and boardwalk and also two blocks to the wonderful downtown area where you can find many awesome restaurants and shops. If your not up for a day at the beach, the backyard is a wonderful oasis with a inground swimming pool, grill and seating for all!

You must be 30 years of age or older to rent the property. Valid ID with rental agreement will be required. House is on a Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. The house does not come with linens or paper good, please plan on either renting lines or bringing your own. Same goes with all paper goods. Propane is filled at the beginning of the season, but if empty it is the tenants responsibility to fill if they wish.
