"The hotel was very quaint and relaxing. It is all self-serve. There is no front desk or anything like that. Staff makes sure you get all the codes you need and are very responsive if you need help. Different, but worked very well for us."

Tomales Bay Resort and Marina

"Great location at an affordable price for access to Tomales Bay with beautiful views, good staff, clean and comfortable lodgings. Although Wi-Fi is provided, go there to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings! The on site restaurant is pretty good, serving local fare and delicious cocktails alongside great views of the dock and bay- just don’t expect to get breakfast there as they only open for lunch and dinner."

Panoramic Ocean Views walk to the Beach

8/10 Good
"We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home so close to Dillon Beach. The house was as described with plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for cooking. There were plenty of linens in the bedrooms and towels in the bathrooms. Could do with a slight refresh. Stunning view of the ocean. The host notes that children under the age of 3 aren't permitted...and for good reason. Young ones might find themselves in precarious positions. There could also be more seating in the common spaces. There are six flights of stairs to get into the house, so pack lightly."

Lodge at Marconi

Lodge at Marconi

10/10 Excellent
"We visited Marconi for the first time, and we were really happy we chose to try a new place. The lodge sits on a beautiful historic property surrounded by nature, and the setting alone makes the stay feel special. Thoughtful design details are evident throughout, from the modern rooms and top‑quality beds and linens to the well‑appointed grounds and amenities. The lobby offers filtered and flavored waters, coffee, and even Friday movie nights for kids, which was a fun touch. The rooms are peaceful and modern, and they do not share many walls, which makes them feel quiet and private. We did wish there were a few more quiet outdoor seating or gathering areas. We eventually found a perfect spot overlooking Tomales Bay where we enjoyed a lovely picnic. Overall, Marconi exceeded our expectations, and we are glad we discovered it. Breakfast options left a bit to be desired, this might be the place for biggest improvement."

"I have stayed at DillNThyme several times. My daughter and I go to celebrate our birthdays. I love that it is dog friendly. It is always sparkling clean and fresh. The kitchen is fully stocked. I love everything about this property. They have updated their flooring in the kitchen and in the bedrooms downstairs. It looks so very nice and updated. This place is awesome and my go to place. I can’t wait to make my next reservations. Thank you Joy. The changes you are updating the house is wonderful."
