"The cottage was very spacious, clean and comfy. We liked the close location to the beautiful beach. The price was very reasonable for the size and location. The drawbacks were there were no windows that opened for fresh air. There were patio doors, but we didn’t want little creatures entering, so only opened a crack. The downstairs where the two bedrooms were located, was a bit musty because of no fresh air. A dehumidifier might help this. We did like this hidden-away gem in a small community overall."

"We rented Michael's home for a multi-generational family vacation and had a wonderful time. Michael notified us ahead of time about the stairs and didn't confirm our reservation until we confirmed they wouldn't be an issue. The steps were very much worth the ocean views and no one in our party (age 5 to 75) had problems. We loved being able to see out to the ocean and enjoy sunsets from the living room. The house was clean, comfortable, and had good space for our group of 10. Though note from downstairs you can hear footsteps and movement above, especially if you have kids running around and playing but also if you're a light sleeper and someone upstairs is getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Michael was extremely responsive to any questions and offered recommendations for places to eat and things to try. Our family had a great time and it was the perfect house for an ocean view beach getaway!"

"Great spot to stay in Point Reyes. Very secluded, but has everything you need. Be sure to grab groceries before heading there as there is a full kitchen and no restaurant nearby (closest in 15-20 min away in point Reyes Station). Stayed in the meadow house, was comfortable and clean and shared bathroom was manageable. Separate bathrooms with toilet and shower which is nice. Would recommend to explore point Reyes."

"The views of the ocean are spectacular. We saw whales several times looking out the windows! The house was perfect for me and my adult children but might be challenging to young children as there are some stairs without railings. The host was very responsive to our report of some minor repairs. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect house to enjoy Dillon Beach! The views are incredible, and the house is spacious, clean, updated, and incredibly well equipped. We cooked all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and spent hours playing games around the huge dining table surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean.The house is just minutes from the beach, but it’s all the little details that really make it stand out. Plenty of extra towels, great water pressure, a large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, a fun game room, and Smart TVs throughout the house. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for our group.We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this is definitely one of our favorites. We’ll continue coming back every year!"
