"What a nice hotel! It felt like having our own private bungalow! Large room, beautiful view and the pool and hot tub were amazing!"

"Love the rooms. I like space and having the sitting room is great. The room was very clean. The breakfast was nice to have with plenty of choices. Coffee was good. The things that I wasn't impressed with 1, happy hour---snacks could improve. 2. we left our room atnoon to go to a wedding and when we returned no one had cleaned our room. I don't care too much about that when only staying 2 nights, but could have used 2 clean wash cloths 3. requested an extra blanket. Took 4 tries,2 in the morning, 2 same night. Once I went down to the desk the person was really rude. 4. They have a huge parking lot and still have to pay a nightly fee. 5. I felt the restraunt food was good but quite over priced. The waiter never asked us if we wanted drinks, we had to ask. And never came back to see if everything was ok Could be staffing issues at this location. In general I really like Embassy Suites. Perhaps this one was having a bad weekend. I still recommend them."

"For a Sheraton, you expect a little better. This property is ok. If you want to order food from the restaurant, it's always a long wait to get your food as they don't have much staff. Sometimes it's only the bartender. I swear it takes so long to get your food that he must be running to the back to cook it too! Lol. Food is just ok. Very annoying that the hotel shares a huge parking lot with other businesses, yet charges a daily parking fee. Feels so nickle and dime."

"The staff was exceptional! They even charged our electric car so we were left on a full charge. They were kind enough to drive our elderly mother to and from dinner in their courtesy vehicle!"

"Staff is friendly and very helpful, room was very clean and filled with full soaps, lotion, etc. Privacy was amazing and well respected, housekeeping was consistent and well done. Very nice hotel for the price!"
