Despite the fact that this was beyond our control, the Cordis Hotel refused our request for a refund for the remaining days, meaning we were out $1200. My poor mum was so upset. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again in future. I prefer properties where they care more about the well-being of guests versus money."

"Room was clean and tidy and adequate for our overnight stay and price was reasonable. Staff were friendly. Location to beach and places to eat excellent. Exterior/interior fittings a bit tired and needs upgrading but just superficial and no real complaints. Thank you for our stay."
