"The hotel was situated right at the beach and our room was on the ground floor with direct pool/ beach access. Room service was amazing , the breakfast buffet was great, the amenities like pool, spa, jacuzzi and gym were all great, very clean and staff friendly. I will come back again."

They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. "Very friendly staff and well maintained property. Only disappointment was that we booked a sea view room and there was NO sea view.. it was a pool view! Plus beach is not swimmable out front. Dorado was delicious in the Clipper restaurant which has a lovely view. "

"Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

A highlight for our children was the Kids Club – they absolutely loved it! The staff there were warm, welcoming, and so attentive to the kids. Dining at the resort was another incredible experience.
