"These spaces are well designed, clean and comfortable. This location is great for the surrounding night life, restaurants and bars. Had no trouble finding vegan options. Still quiet. Saw the pride parade literally 300 ft from the front door. Easy entry. Couldn't get the TV and the remote to work in 4 days. But don't let that stop you. My partner left some clothes and we got a text before we finished breakfast and returned to pick it up. Would certainly go back."

"The space itself is very useful and was nicely finished. The bathroom was exceptional and the living/bedroom space was charming with a very nice bed and a fireplace. There was a bit of difficulty with communication as to getting in, but in fairness, it got sorted out when I arrived. All in all, a good option to be 10 min walk to downtown. "

"We recently stayed in this basement apartment during the National Ringette Championships. It was a perfect home away from home for the 10 day trip. The kitchen is a great size and has all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans for two people. The bedroom was a great size and the bed was really comfortable (it is on the firm side, but that's what we prefer). The living area was perfect to watch TV and also had a table and chairs to eat our meals as well as a desk to get some work done. The location...

"Property was really nice and clean. It’s kids friendly; board games, books and all. The only thing is that it’s in the basement so we don’t have really nice view through the windows but you can go outside to enjoy the view and you have access to the garden. Keep in mind, there is no A/C or dishwasher."

"All was good. Only comment I would have is the air freshener in the front is very, very intense. Makes it hard to breathe with my allergies. I was not sure I would be able to stay, but with my door closed it’s was ok. Other than that the bed was really comfortable. 😊"

"We enjoyed the place, it has a great location, it is rustic but has ac and washer dryer, close walk to the beach, the only downside was the beds, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced along with the living room furniture. The host was great and even offered us a fresh towels while we were there, the BBQ worked great, lots of propane and utensils, would definitely be back if it had new beds."
